Exhibitor Information for 2027 Winter Conference

Exhibitor Registration is now open!

To complete your registration this year, please follow these steps:
1. Click the Exhibitor registration link below and complete your registration in Cvent.
2. When your registration is complete, you will receive TWO emails.
           – Registration Confirmation from Cvent
           – Welcome Email from Expo Genie
3. Once you receive the Welcome email from Expo Genie, log in to your account to select your preferred booth space(s) based on the package you purchased in Cvent.
           – It is VITAL that you complete this step to guarantee your preferred booth space(s).
4. Once you have selected your booth space(s) in Expo Genie, you will be manually added to the Exhibitor Portal in Cvent.
5. As the booth manager, you will receive an email from Cvent to access the Exhibitor Portal.
6. Once you have access to the Exhibitor Portal, you will complete all tasks to set up your booth, order equipment/electricity, book accommodations, etc.
