Job Description

Ripley Public Schools is seeking a full-time Band Director for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. You can contact the Superintendent, Kaleb Hoffman, at his phone number or email address listed below.
The responsibilities of this position include 5th-grade beginning band, 6th-grade band, 7th-grade band, 8th-12th HS band, and Jazz Band. The position also includes one HS Music History course and one 8th-grade Humanities course. Additionally, you can lead the Basketball Pep Band; while it is not required, it is highly encouraged.
There is good support from the community and administration. The program has grown over the past couple of years and will continue to grow with the right leadership.
