OkMEA now has a biographic directory of retired members. The purpose of the directory is to recognize the achievements of music educators, now retired, who worked so faithfully in music education in Oklahoma. We hope that you will be a part of this worthy endeavor. This directory will be on display in the exhibit area during each January Winter Conference to allow your friends and former students to see where you are and what you are doing in retirement.

Please download and complete the two-page Biographical Information Form provided below in Adobe PDF format. Please respond legibly and be extremely careful to use correct spelling. If you prefer using your computer to complete the form, a “fillable” form is provided. You can download this fillable form, complete it on your computer, print it on your printer, and send to the address below. If you need additional space to complete a category in the form, just attach an extra page, but the information you provide will be transcribed to a format using the front and back sides of one page only.

We would also like to include a fairly recent photo in your biography. You can decide whether or not to include a photo, but we hope you will provide one. It may be a black and white glossy or a color print. The picture should not be smaller than a billfold size.

It is our aim to make this directory as complete as possible. “Complete” means 100% participation from our OkMEA-Retired membership. Please take time to fill out the information. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your help. Please mail the form back to me as soon as possible (address listed below).
