Eligibility

Students must be recommended and entered by their University director. Each participating University is responsible for paying the $150 University fee plus the student fee of $25 per student. All entries will be billed following the registration deadline. Intercollegiate Band registration includes admittance to the OkMEA Conference sessions and exhibits but not the member luncheon or Saturday All-State concerts.

Wednesday, January 20
12:00-1:00pm – Registration/Meeting
1:00-3:00pm – Chair Auditions
3:00-6:00pm – Rehearsal 1
6:00-7:30pm – Dinner Break
7:30-10:00pm – Rehearsal 2
 
Thursday, January 21
8:00-10:30am – Rehearsal 3
10:30am-12:00pm – Lunch/Dress for Concert
12:00-12:30pm – Optional Rehearsal
1:00pm – Concert
