The Oklahoma Music Educators Association (OkMEA) offers the opportunity to partner with our organization through our Sponsorship Recognition Program. Sponsorships are effective from September 1-June 30 (directly aligning with our fiscal calendar and our conferences). OkMEA will provide sponsors exposure to various age groups – from high school students through retired members – during our various conference activities through the year, including our All-State organizations. Please review the sponsorship categories below. If you’re interested in sponsoring for 2022-2023, please complete the pledge form. After your information is received, an agreement will be sent. Please indicate your interest by September 1, 2022. Sponsorship funds are due in full no later than September 30, 2022.

All-State Activities
Two Levels of Sponsorship – $1000 or $500
By sponsoring All-State activities, your funds will be used to pay for any All-State related expense (conductors, accompanists, music, t-shirts, equipment rental, etc.). Your company’s name will be in front of hundreds of students–elementary through high school.

Mentorship Program
Two Levels of Sponsorship – $1000 or $500
By sponsoring the Mentorship Program, your funds will be used to pay clinician stipends, accommodations, and meals while presenting at our conferences as well as other activities hosted by our One-to-One Mentorship Program. This program is specifically designed for teachers in their first through third years of teaching as well as those who volunteer as mentors in the program.

Collegiate Member Activities
Two Levels of Sponsorship – $1000 or $500
By sponsoring Collegiate Member Activities, your funds will be used to pay clinician stipends, accommodations, and meals while presenting collegiate sessions at our conferences. Funds will also be used to provide professional opportunities for our collegiate students including the Southwest Division and NAfME Collegiate Summits. The ability to make personal and professional connections at the student level directly affects the growth of OkMEA!

OkMEA Honor Groups
Two Levels of Sponsorship – $1000 or $500
By sponsoring OkMEA Honor Groups, your funds will be used to offer grants to those schools performing as an OkMEA Honor Group at the January Conference. Directors will apply for funds and grants will be awarded on an “as needed” basis.

Sponsorship Recognition Program
To become a sponsor, please complete the form by September 1. After your form is submitted, you will receive an official agreement to sign and return. Once the signed agreement has been received, you will receive an invoice for payment. All sponsorships must be paid by check – all funds are due no later than September 30.
