Teaching Highlights (ensemble accomplishments, personal accomplishments, etc.)	Pauls Valley Bands earned many superior ratings in marching and concert band during the 25 year tenure The Pauls Valley Band also was invited to compete in the "Parade of Champions" in the Cotton Bowl four years This program also produced several OMEA All-State players and college scholarship players The Elmore City-Pernell Band earned superior ratings in marching and concert seven out of ten years at both the district and state contest levels In 2004, the band represented the state of Oklahoma in the "World War II Memorial Dedication Parade" in Washington D.C. In 2009, the band participated in the Alamo Bowl contest winning first place in parade and second place in field marching competition In 2012, the band participated in the National Memorial Day parade in Washington D.C.
