Dr. Rick Weymuth will conduct the 2011 All-State Mixed Chorus. Weymuth is well-known to Oklahoma choral directors.
Oklahoma MEA has only one audition for both the Mixed and Women's Choruses. Every interested student will audition for the mixed chorus, and the committee will place the singers after the final–round audition.

The First-Round Auditions are held in four quadrants of the state, (list will be updated in late summer) on Saturday, October 30, 2010
Students passed to the Second-Round Auditions will audition at the University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond, on Saturday, November 13, 2010.
A bad-weather contingincy date is December 18. This date is not optional, and, if declared necessary by the OMEA President, all students must use this date.
